BBQ Baby Back Ribs - slow cooker

BBQ Baby Back Ribs

2 racks baby back ribs - about 4 ½ lbs
1 ½ Tbsp pepper
2 ½ c BBQ sauce
3/4 c cherry preserves (editor note: maybe, maybe not)
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced

Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Sprinkle with pepper. Place in slow cooker. Combine rest of ingredients; pour over ribs. Cook on low 8-10 hours.

    I've no slow cooker!
    Rips are so tasty...11 nov Saint Martin, we celebrate with polenta, rips, sausage, Sangiovese and Lambrusco, then roast chestnuts!
