whole cut up chicken (or equivalent chicken pieces), skinned
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. mustard
1/2-1 tsp Paula Deen's house seasoning (or salt & pepper to taste)
Place chicken in crockpot. In small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cook for 6-8 hours on low.

ReplyDeleteI should have mentioned that I was afraid if I didn't post it, I'd try it again sometime! LOL
ReplyDeleteSince I made so much the first time, I had this (shredded) in the freezer. It's pretty good on whole wheat buns, topped with Swiss cheese, broiled, and then served with Dijon mustard.
