Baked Potato Salad

3 large baked potatoes, cooled, peeled, and cubed
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonaise
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped (green parts only)
1/2 tsp ground pepper
dash salt
dash garlic powder [I used 1/2 tsp Paula Deen's house seasoning instead of these three spices]
dash paprika
1 Tbsp fresh parsley (optional)

Gently toss together all ingredients. Reserve some bacon, cheese, and green onion for garnish.
