Bertina's Pasta Salad

Yield: 10 servings

1 lb tri-color pasta (4 c after cooked)
3/4 c red onion, diced fine
1 c red bell pepper, diced fine
1 c green bell pepper, diced fine
1 c celery, diced
1 c mayonnaise
½ tsp granulated garlic
1 3/4 Tbsp sugar
½ tsp ground turmeric, toasted (3-4 minutes)
1 Tbsp curry powder, toasted (3-4 minutes)
S&P to taste

Cook pasta and allow to cool.

In a large mixing bowl, mix the cooled pasta, and all the other ingredients. Check the seasoning, and adjust if needed. Chill.


  1. Different flavours from mine, but interesting!!!

  2. ooh, I'd love this, but hubby might not. He's not a big curry person. I guess if I used sweet chinese curry (light on the cumin), it would be okay for him.
